We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your delivery address.

All orders include tracking information once they have been shipped.

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location, shipping method selected, and order value.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Binge Knitting is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost after delivery, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
