• Are all your products handmade? 

Yes, all Binge Knitting products are handmade in Mexico. We provide workshops for women living in low income communities and collaborate with them for the creation of each item. Each product is handcrafted following detailed quality standards.


  • What kind of materials are used in your products?

We source high quality materials from Europe. For our handbag collections, we use recycled and upcycled fabrics recovered from textile mills. For winter accessories, we opt for a blend of wool and premium acrylic, to achieve warmth and durability.


  • What is the difference between upcycled and recycled?
The recycled cotton used for our Totes origin from discarded fabrics, which are spun and dyed into a new yarn material. Upcycled fabrics used for our Clutches are recovered from textile mills, repurposing high-quality fabrics that would be considered waste into a new product.



    • What type of payment does Binge accept?

    You can checkout through our website using Paypal, or almost all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Checking out on our website is easy and secure. If you run into any trouble at checkout, please reach out to barbara@bingeknitting.com 


    • I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

    Sure! Please email barbara@bingeknitting.com ASAP to be able to update any order info that is mistaken.



    • I have not received confirmation for my order, is it being processed?

    When an order is submitted on our website you should receive an email with confirmation details. If you did not receive this email, it would be because the order was not placed properly or the email entered is incorrect. Please contact barbara@bingeknitting.com for sorting out. 


    • How do you manage returns?

    We want you to be happy with your purchase from Binge. You may return or exchange full-priced items within 6 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as the items are returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. You must return items with their original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with missing tags are considered damaged as we are unable to re-sell the product without its original tags, and will only be granted store credit. Return items by emailing us at barbara@bingeknitting.com. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the issue, picture, and order number. Binge does not incur the return label cost and shipping costs are non-refundable.


    • How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?

    Orders are processed the same day upon receiving, and shipped in 7 business days or less, depending on the item. For your convenience, we have partnered with a logistics company that follows up with each shipment, ensuring there are no delays. Depending on your location, we will ship using UPS or Fedex and send you a tracking number via email.


    • Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost?
    Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
